Majestic Made ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out our project inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, business or brand name, the package you're interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it

- To prepare proposals, recommendations, and next steps you've asked for

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
Our inquiry form is processed by Formspree, which receives your submission and delivers it to our inbox. Formspree handles that information under its own privacy policy. We only share your information with providers like this as needed to run our business, or if the law requires it.
Hosting and security
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the site and protect it from spam and attacks, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Videos and third-party content
Some case studies include videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, and Instagram. These players only load when you press play. Once they load, YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode), Vimeo, or Instagram may collect information under their own privacy policies. Links to Instagram, YouTube, and client websites take you to sites we don't control.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, to see overall visit information such as which pages are viewed and which countries visits come from. If you use our accessibility options, your choices (text size, contrast, link underlines, and motion) are saved in your own browser so they stay in place on your next visit. That information never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our working relationship, and then delete it unless we're required to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing janae@majesticmade.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor those requests as required. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
